Help! – Extra pairs of hands needed at 11am to move tables from Glenogle Baths onto the street – please turn up if you can, as many hands make light work! Same again at the end of the party, please!
Please also take all your own belongings and rubbish back home with you at the end of the party.
Road closure – Glenogle Road between Bell Place & Collins Place will close at 11am and reopen at 5pm so please make sure that, if you need vehicular access during that time, you plan accordingly. No parking on that section of Glenogle Road either. Only emergency vehicles will have access.
We want to ensure that everyone thoroughly enjoys this unique event but please note that participation is entirely at your own risk.
In the case of rain (or sweltering sunshine!) the event will still go ahead.
